Spring 2026
The Ultimate Diesel Heater Port, Evolved.
Fits all 3" (75mm) and
3.5" (90mm) diesel heaters.
AirPort is built for overland rigs, tents, toppers, boats, sheds, commercial trailers, greenhouses, and chicken coops. It takes the bestselling original and makes it stronger, cleaner, and more feature rich. This is the one.

Weatherproof
Engineered for abuse.
Injection molded from super tough fiberglass reinforced plastic, AirPort is ready for daily abuse. We utilize an O-ring sealed 1/4 twist cap and hose adapter to keep out whatever mother nature throws your way when heating your space or out on the move.

Versatility by Design
AirPort is designed to install seamlessly on panels from near-zero thickness up to 3" (76mm). No hardware is required, just drill a 4" (102mm) hole, and you'll enjoy cozy heat in minutes. For ultra-thin panels under 3/8" (10mm), simply use the included backing nut for a secure fit. For thicker insulated walls up to 3" (76mm), the provided extension ensures a flawless, clean installation.

Comfort Within
360° adjustable vent to direct air wherever you need it.

Dual Duty
Need to continue running an additional hose from the port into your space? No problem, just pop out the 360° vent and attach your interior hose to the port with an additional hose adapter (sold separately).

Frequently Asked Questions
AirPort works with all 4kW–8kW diesel heaters that use 3" (75mm) or 3.5" (90mm) outlet ducting.
This includes popular brands such as Webasto, Eberspächer, Planar, Vevor, Hcalory, LF Bros, HLN, Sparks Overland, and other standard 5kW and 8kW Chinese diesel heaters.
2kW heaters typically use 60mm ducting. AirPort can still be used with these units by adding a commercially available 60mm-to-75mm hose adapter.
Yes. All Chinese diesel heaters — including common 5kW and 8kW models that use 75mm and 90mm ducting are fully compatible with AirPort.
Most 2kW heaters use 60 mm hose and are not directly compatible. However, a commercially available 60 mm to 75 mm hose adapter can be used to step up the duct size and allow those heaters to work with AirPort.
Yes. AirPort is designed to be weather-tight both when closed and when in use.
A perimeter gasket seals the port against the mounting surface during installation. The exterior cap uses an integrated O-ring seal, and each hose adapter also incorporates its own O-ring.
This multi-point sealing system prevents rain, snow, dust and moisture intrusion whether the cap is closed or a heater hose is connected.
Installation requires cutting a single 4-inch (102 mm) hole through the mounting surface using a hole saw.
No adhesives are required. No additional hardware is needed. The sealing gasket and mounting system are integrated into the design, and all necessary components are included.
Once the hole is cut, AirPort installs cleanly and securely through the wall.
AirPort is manufactured from the same type of high-temperature, engineering-grade polymer used in premium diesel heater internal components. It is designed to handle the air temperatures produced by 5kW and 8kW diesel heaters without softening, warping or degrading under normal operating conditions.
Each AirPort kit includes:
- Diesel heater bulkhead port assembly
- Extension sleeve (supports wall thickness up to 3" / 76 mm)
- 75 mm (3") hose adapter
- 90 mm (3.5") hose adapter
- All sealing gaskets and O-rings preinstalled
- Integrated 360° adjustable interior vent
Everything required for installation is included.
AirPort is injection molded from high-temperature, UV-stable engineering-grade material — the same class of polymer used in premium diesel heater internal components.
Unlike most 3D printed ports, AirPort is designed for consistent wall thickness, structural integrity and long-term outdoor exposure. It will not delaminate, soften from heat, or degrade from UV exposure the way many printed parts can over time.
AirPort is built as a finished, engineered component — not a printed prototype.
Many DIY heater installs use standard plumbing fittings or generic ABS flanges because they are inexpensive and easy to source. However, most plumbing components are not designed for sustained heated airflow or outdoor exposure.
AirPort is built from high-temperature, UV-stable engineering material specifically intended for heater applications. It maintains structural integrity under heat, resists UV degradation, and provides a finished, purpose-built installation — not a repurposed hardware-store solution.
AirPort is scheduled for release in Spring 2026.
